Mastering Patient Experience Design Certification Program

Mastering Patient Experience Design is a certification course for PX professionals and healthcare providers. It is offered live virtually and on-demand. The program is a total of 4 hours and covers the 3 pillars of patient experience design: communication, connection, and motivation. The concepts discussed include the DISC Assessment, communication preferences, social psychology, behavioral economics, empathy, diffusing aggressive patients, and motivational/marketing psychology. Our Patient Experience Certification Course is divided into 4 sections.

Session 1

Session 1 is dedicated to effective communication. We discuss the DISC Assessment and how providers can adjust their communication style based on patients' DISC profile.

Session 2

Session 2 is focused on using social psychology and behavioral economics to create stronger connections with patients. Understanding how patients think is key to connection.

Session 3

Session 3 is on how to convey empathy, respect, and attentiveness to patients. Additionally, it speaks about strategies to diffuse aggressive patients.

Session 4

Session 4 discusses motivational psychology and marketing psychology to improve the patient adherence to the plan of care.
